The aim pursued in the course is to provide a cultural knowledge that is half way between the arts and other disciplines and that represents the access codes to the new world, and which is adequate to develop a synergic project - similar to design direction- that will always take into account its material and immaterial aspects.
Domus Academy's teaching approach is to foster the students to have an aptitude for the problem setting approach and to develop their own poetical language by exploring, experiencing and constantly questioning the meaning of their own work.
The Masters course will give the students the possibility to get a good grasp of design tools for industrial and handicraft production and for the functional and stylistic transformations as perceived by the consumers.
The Masters is aimed at young people with a degree and professionals who wish to broaden and improve their abilities with cultural and technical tools that will help become more competitive, and who are interested in following a course of specialization and experimentation.
